Financing
SBA 7(a) pre-qualified with Live Oak Bank and North State Bank. Proof of funds available on request.
How I work
I submit the inquiry and introduce myself in the same sitting, and I sign NDAs the day they arrive. If a listing is not a fit, you get the reason within a day, and it will be a criterion rather than a stall. I am not going to spend your seller's time on a business I was never going to buy. When I make an offer, it is what I actually think the business is worth; I am not going to shake your seller's hand and then come back for a discount.
